Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours at support@kevhbarberstudio.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Why is my discount code not working?
Check that:
- Code hasn't expired

30-day return window for unopened products in original packaging. See full Return Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
- Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive return
- Credit card: 5-10 additional days
- PayPal: 3-5 additional days

- Defective/wrong items: We provide prepaid label

- Once opened: Best within 12 months
- Daily use: 2-4 months depending on amount used
Can I use multiple products together?
Yes! Many customers layer products:

- Main product for hold/finish
