Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 24 hours at support@kevhbarberstudio.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Why is my discount code not working?

Check that:

  • Code hasn't expired

30-day return window for unopened products in original packaging. See full Return Policy for details.

How long do refunds take?

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive return
  • Credit card: 5-10 additional days
  • PayPal: 3-5 additional days

Do I pay for return shipping?

  • Defective/wrong items: We provide prepaid label
  • Change of mind: Customer pays shipping

We process as a return and new order. Return unwanted item and place new order for desired product.

  • Once opened: Best within 12 months
  • Daily use: 2-4 months depending on amount used

Can I use multiple products together?
