Return Window
30-Day Return Policy
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible items
- Items must be in original, unopened condition with all original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival
Eligible Items for Return
✅ Returnable Items:
- Unopened grooming products (shampoos, pomades, creams)
- Electric shavers and tools in original packaging
- Unused barbering equipment
- Items with manufacturing defects
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Return an Item

- We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Package Your Return
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Print and include the return authorization form we'll send you
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping

Ship Your Return
- Use a trackable shipping method
- We recommend insuring high-value items
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
Refund Process
Processing Time:
- We'll inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refund Amount:
- Full purchase price for eligible items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless item was defective)
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product:
- Return the original item following the process above
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We'll process both transactions as quickly as possible
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a free return and full refund or replacement
- We'll cover all return shipping costs
International Returns
For international orders:
- Same 30-day return policy applies
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- Items must clear customs to be eligible for refund
